We strive to get your SEAVVITCH products out you as quickly and cost effectively as possible

That’s why shipping is FREE OF CHARGE with orders over $160.

We ship all New Zealand orders through NZ post. This allows for the quickest possible shipping times.

All orders are tracked and require signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left for you to arrange your parcel collection

We process orders Monday through Friday (9:00AM – 5:00PM NZT) in the order they are received, following credit approval. 

We ship international orders using the NZ post. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.


We currently only offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. If you would like to request a destination then please send us an email. 

If your order is missing an item or contains a damaged product please contact us at info@seavvitch.co.nz. Please have your order number available. 

We accept no liability for damage, loss or theft to goods after they have been delivered. Signature is required for all parcels. By giving authority for the courier to sign for and leave your parcel, you acknowledge that SEAVVITCH will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to the parcel left at the address in accordance with your instructions.

Make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before purchasing our products. 

If you wish to make a return please email info@seavvitch.co.nz and we will get back to you within 2 business days. We do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
